仕事内容
Translate business requirements into robust data models and BI solutions using Power BI, delivering scalable reports and dashboards.
Develop and optimize semantic models, implement DAX calculations, and follow visualization best practices for clear insights.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify KPIs and metrics that influence strategic decisions.
Write efficient SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, and collaborate with data engineering on pipelines.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security through governance measures such as RLS/OLS, and monitor data quality.
Stay current with BI trends, drive tool/process improvements, and operate in a hybrid on-site model in Phoenix (2–3 days/week).
