仕事内容
Lead the end-to-end development and architecture of GenAI solutions, including LLM orchestration, retrieval augmented generation, and document summarization.
Hands-on prototyping and coding in Python (and Java), integrating LangChain with LLMs and vector stores for enterprise-scale use cases.
Define technical roadmaps, establish best practices, and ensure security, resiliency, and alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists and platform teams to embed GenAI features into existing products and workflows.
Provide mentorship and technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and drive a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.
Balance quick wins with long-term strategic investments, maintain governance and responsible AI standards, and guide multi-team delivery in a hybrid work model.
