仕事内容
Lead analytical method development for complex small molecules, peptides, oligonucleotides, and protein-based therapeutics.
Collaborate with chemistry, engineering, and biocatalysis teams to implement high-throughput analytical workflows and robust characterization.
Develop and apply LC-MS, HDX-MS, and complementary bioanalytical techniques to characterize proteins, enzymes, PTMs, and HCPs.
Design enzyme kinetics studies and functional activity assays to assess potency and mechanism.
Drive innovation through new technologies, automation readiness, and scalable, quality-driven data generation.
Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional partners and contribute to knowledge sharing and scientific advancement.
