仕事内容
Own the core ML engine for a global consumer AI product, including model selection, training strategy, and long-term architecture.
Build end-to-end training pipelines from data to deployment and design scalable inference systems with vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, or DeepSpeed.
Design or adapt frontier models (LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, Claude-compatible) and fine-tune with state-of-the-art methods (LoRA/QLoRA, SFT, DPO, distillation).
Develop data systems for high-quality synthetic and real-world data; implement alignment, safety, and guardrails; build robust evaluation frameworks.
Own deployment: GPU optimization, latency improvements, and scaling policies; shape early product direction and explore new use cases.
