Staff Data Scientist - Global Operations Tech

As a Senior Staff Data Scientist in Global Operations Tech, you will drive the direction of technology across multiple teams by applying mathematical optimization and statistical methods to complex supply chain decisions. You will design, develop, validate, and implement optimization models (linear/integer programming, dynamic programming, network flows) and decision-support tools for large-scale logistics networks under uncertainty. You will use Python, R and optimization solvers (Gurobi, CPLEX, Xpress) to generate actionable insights and near-optimal solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, software, and operations teams to translate business problems into rigorous analytical frameworks and to present business value through clear documentation and storytelling. You will own end-to-end model development, validation, and deployment, including monitoring, retraining, and governance for production systems. You will communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influence critical decisions, and mentor teammates while delivering high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
