Civil Design Engineer - Land & Site Development

Lead and manage civil design projects from concept through completion, partnering with cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers, designers, and interns.
Develop engineered site development solutions for municipal, industrial, and private projects—covering water, sewer, drainage, grading, and utilities—using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
Monitor project budgets and schedules, prepare proposals and technical reports, and advocate for the client to ensure satisfaction from start to finish.
Provide team leadership by reviewing designs, coordinating resources, and delivering high-quality, compliant outputs.
Serve as a field advisor to resolve real-time construction, permitting, or design issues and support permitting strategies.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 3-6 years of relevant experience and an active PE license (or ability to obtain); strong communication and client-relations skills.
