Senior Associate, Product Manager - Settlement & Reconciliation

Own the definition and management of the product roadmap for Settlement & Reconciliation, translating business needs into technical requirements.
Collaborate with engineering to design and deliver APIs, data models, and data processing pipelines that power payment workflows.
Write clear user stories and product requirements, ensuring alignment across Technology, Design, and Analytics.
Contribute to platform reliability by building robust settlement, reconciliation services, and reporting capabilities.
Manage backlog, support agile delivery, launches, production support, and issue resolution while navigating a large, matrixed organization.
Foster strong stakeholder relationships across business, risk, legal, and compliance teams to enable informed decisions and risk controls.
