仕事内容
Responsible for operating pharmaceutical production equipment independently in a GMP environment.
Execute manufacturing steps per batch manufacturing record (BMR) and SOP requirements, including machine setup, changeovers, cleaning, and line clearance.
Prepare rooms and equipment, verify balances/scales, and ensure correct material transfer, labeling, and final blend or tablets per specification.
Maintain strict cleanliness, PPE usage, and adherence to safety policies while monitoring quality at all stages.
Document all manufacturing activities accurately, provide training on SOPs, and support continuous improvement and cGMP compliance.
Flexibility to work extended hours when needed and collaborate with teams to meet production schedules.
