仕事内容
Lead the Equipment-to-Order (ETO) supply chain function, ensuring robust planning, execution, and material availability.
Own and optimize the SIOP process to align demand, capacity, inventory strategy, and business priorities.
Maintain a robust Master Production Schedule (MPS) synchronized with capacity, material availability, and ETO project priorities.
Oversee end-to-end Material Management, including MRP health, stock policies, replenishment, and internal logistics to prevent shortages and reduce excess.
Collaborate across Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Projects to secure milestones and optimize internal flows.
Lead a high-performance team, drive Lean and continuous improvement, and ensure safety, compliance, and sustainable performance.
