Superintendent | Commercial Construction | San Antonio

Lead all onsite construction activities including scheduling, coordination, subcontractor oversight, and quality control.
Maintain rigorous safety standards, conduct onsite inspections, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Manage project timelines, proactively address delays, and communicate daily with project managers and field leadership.
Oversee site logistics, material deliveries, look-ahead scheduling, and project documentation.
Serve as the primary onsite leader, representing the project professionally with owners, architects, and trade partners.
Requirements include 5+ years as a superintendent on commercial ground-up projects, strong leadership, effective communication, and CMAR or public-sector project experience is a plus.
