Construction Estimator / Project Manager
仕事内容
Lead hands-on construction estimator and project manager supporting both residential and commercial builds from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bid comparisons; prepare quantity takeoffs and track project costs.
Oversee field execution, coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain schedule, quality, and safety.
Review drawings, specifications, and SOWs to translate scope into actionable plans and authorize procurement.
Manage permitting, inspections, and compliance with local codes and client requirements.
Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to flag risks, changes, and milestones.
