Lead the North America influencer and VIP strategy, aligning talent partnerships with brand positioning and key cultural moments.
Own the NA activation calendar and collaborate with PR, go-to-market, and global partners to ensure local relevance and alignment.
Identify trends, measure performance, and translate insights into strategic programs that grow audiences and strengthen brand storytelling.
Build and nurture relationships with high-profile VIPs, creators, and cultural tastemakers, including managing shoots and events.
Lead a cross-functional team (VIP Senior Specialist, Influencer Specialist, and related coordinator) with coaching and development.
Deliver integrated campaigns across paid, owned, retail, e-commerce, and experiential touchpoints, with clear KPIs and ROI.
