Deliver high-quality, safe, and motivational group fitness experiences to members.
Demonstrate proper techniques and modify intensity to suit individual abilities.
Drive class attendance through knowledge, connection, and energy; commit to teaching at least two classes weekly.
Foster community before and after class and address member concerns with professionalism.
Coordinate substitutes, report maintenance needs, and promote classes through outreach and social media.
Maintain a healthy lifestyle, uphold policies, and contribute to a positive, inclusive fitness environment.
