The Litigation Associate Attorney will join a Seattle-based practice focused on insurance coverage and complex litigation, handling cases from inception through resolution.
Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, correspondence, and settlement agreements, plus conducting legal research and policy language analysis.
You will review claims files, discovery materials, prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and participate in trial preparation.
Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators, communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications include a J.D., 2+ years of litigation experience (insurance coverage preferred), strong writing, analytical, and research skills, and licensed to practice in Washington.
This is a full-time, onsite role in Seattle with competitive compensation, billable-hour bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
