仕事内容
Lead the design and integration of complex electro-mechanical systems across multiple disciplines.
Contribute hands-on mechanical design expertise using CAD software (SolidWorks, ProE, UG-NX, or CATIA V5) and create detailed drawings.
Assess specifications, develop top-level system architecture, and perform structural design, analysis, and optimization.
Support component manufacturing, prototype development, and rapid iteration for functional demonstrations.
Present results and recommendations to internal teams and clients with clear written and verbal communication.
Mentor junior engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to startup-like environments.
