Develop detailed cost estimates for general construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Perform quantity takeoffs from blueprints and specifications to produce reliable bid numbers.
Analyze drawings, specs, and contract documents to identify risks, contingencies, and opportunities for value engineering.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing and delivery timelines.
Prepare clear, well-documented bid packages with assumptions, exclusions, and basis of estimate.
Maintain organized estimate files, track bids, and support post-bid reconciliation and project execution.
