仕事内容
Lead a small warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations across receiving, picking, and packing.
Assist with labor planning and workflow coordination to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Train new team members on SOPs, safety, and process efficiency to maintain high performance.
Monitor order accuracy, resolve issues, and escalate when needed while upholding quality standards.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and support overtime and flexible scheduling.
Requirements include 1–2 years of warehouse experience, strong organizational and communication skills; WMS or scanner familiarity is a plus; Mandarin proficiency is required.
