We are seeking a capable HR Business Partner to provide high-quality, commercially-focused HR partnering to business leaders.
You will manage the employee lifecycle, including complex employee relations, coaching managers, and driving engagement.
You will work closely with Talent Acquisition and L&D to attract, develop and retain top talent.
Responsibilities include advising on employment issues, shaping HR policies, and driving organisation design and reward outcomes.
You will analyse HR data to identify trends and partner with managers to implement effective interventions.
The role requires senior stakeholder engagement, pace, and the ability to operate across business areas to deliver results.
