Senior Systems Administrator - On-Site IT Operations

The Senior Systems Administrator is on-site in New York and leads day-to-day IT operations across the organization.
Provide direct end-user support, maintain hardware/software, and ensure system stability, security, and performance.
Responsibilities include backups, data recovery, patching, 24x7 monitoring, and incident escalation.
Configure and monitor security tools, manage Active Directory and Azure AD, and administer hybrid cloud and Exchange environments.
Support network infrastructure with segmentation, low-voltage cabling, and multi-OS environments (Windows and macOS).
Deliver end-user training, document procedures, assist with software deployments, and travel to NYC/NJ locations as required.
