Transport Planner
仕事内容
As a Transport Planner, you will bridge order management and transport execution to keep customer needs at the center.
Process customer orders, verify product codes and delivery instructions, and schedule deliveries for route efficiency.
Coordinate with planners, hauliers, and drivers while tracking deliveries and proactively resolving issues.
Maintain accurate data in planning or ERP systems and report on volumes, performance, and transport KPIs.
Ensure compliance with driver hours, weight limits, and other regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and collaborative problem-solving.
