Provide an outstanding DIY customer experience through proactive sales, service, and product knowledge.
Achieve personal sales targets and support the store in meeting overall sales goals.
Offer DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper blade installation.
Maintain accurate inventory and support receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and back stock processes.
Safely deliver parts to commercial customers and assist with daily delivery tasks.
Operate inventory, POS, and parts lookup systems, adhere to safety guidelines, and maintain fleet safety certification.
