仕事内容
Lead and contribute to end-to-end development of self-administered injection products from concept through commercial launch.
Apply solid mechanical, materials, and biomedical engineering principles to design, prototype, test, and validate solutions.
Operate within a design control framework, manage risk, and participate in design reviews and technology transfer to manufacturing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into clear requirements and drive phase-gated development.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, maintain documentation, and support verification/validation activities.
Mentor teammates, promote continuous learning, and deliver results with a focus on manufacturability and high-volume production readiness.
