Lead the design of mechanical systems for facilities projects, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, and energy efficiency.
Apply Building Information Modeling (BIM) to develop and coordinate systems with electrical, architectural, and other disciplines.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical narratives; craft concise design narratives early in the project lifecycle.
Perform construction inspection and document field findings with detailed reporting.
Collaborate on proposals, project planning, and staffing; manage multiple projects concurrently in a hybrid environment.
Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; utilize Revit and CAD for BIM-based design.
