This full-time News Reporter will join a high-energy Sunday team, delivering exclusive enterprise reporting for the Sunday print edition and fast, breaking updates for the Saturday website.
Work five days a week, Tuesday through Saturday, in midtown Manhattan or in the field as needed.
Identify and vet emerging storylines across crime, politics, culture, and human-interest angles, turning them into must-read narratives.
Collaborate with editors, photographers, and digital producers to shape coverage and optimize for print, web, and social platforms.
Write fast, clean, and compelling copy under tight deadlines while maintaining a sharp, entertaining voice with accuracy and ethics.
Bring 7+ years of high-level reporting experience with a track record of exclusives and live coverage, and proficiency with digital publishing tools.
