Senior Collection Data Analyst

Identify, size, and execute collections analyses to improve performance, measurement, and results tracking.
Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards to monitor collections performance, KPIs, and portfolio trends.
Analyze datasets related to collections processes and segmentation, integrating multiple data sources for actionable insights.
Collaborate with the Data team and cross-functional stakeholders to align on data sources, metrics, and analytical solutions supporting collections strategy.
Automate and simplify collections processes to reduce manual work and minimize human error, driving operational efficiencies.
Prepare and present program updates to internal stakeholders and leadership, applying a technical, data-driven mindset to identify key drivers and best practices.
