Seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Lead to architect and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot in a banking context.
Lead backend development efforts, drive end-to-end technical delivery, and design RESTful APIs and integrations.
Build robust systems with Microservices architecture, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Hibernate/JPA, and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Ensure performance, security, and compliance with banking standards (PCI-DSS, encryption, audit logging) while troubleshooting production issues.
Mentor junior engineers, foster collaboration, and lead CI/CD with Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Cloud proficiency with AWS and domain experience in Banking/Payments is highly valued.
