La posizione
Deliver bilingual Spanish-English customer service for Everyday Banking across multiple channels, including phone, chat, text, and video.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy while guiding clients through financial products and services in a compliant, accurate manner.
Escalate complex questions to senior colleagues and navigate multiple computer systems to provide timely and accurate resolutions.
Work on-site in San Antonio, TX, with a paid 7-week training program (8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday).
Requirements include 6+ months of customer service or financial services experience and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed; visa sponsorship is not offered.
