Lead and scale paid influencer partnerships across key platforms. Manage end-to-end campaign execution from concept and negotiations to performance reporting and optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally with Social, Creative, Paid Media, and Legal teams to execute campaigns. Oversee talent negotiations for tier 2-3 partnerships and manage budgets and disclosures. Plan seeding, events, and influencer activations; build and maintain an organized influencer database. Provide regular organic and paid performance insights to refine the influencer program and expand the network.
