La posizione
As a Data Scientist II, Growth, you will partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to drive data-informed decisions that optimize user growth and engagement.
Lead rigorous experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses, quantify impact, and guide prioritization of product and marketing initiatives.
Translate complex data into a clear narrative for stakeholders at product, design, engineering, and leadership levels.
Define and monitor company-wide and product-specific metrics through dashboards and automated reporting to ensure visibility and accountability.
Contribute to the growth roadmap by identifying opportunities and building scalable data solutions that scale with the business.
Requirements include 2–4 years in Data Science/analytics, strong SQL, Python or R, statistics, and hands-on experimentation experience, plus proven cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
