Finance & Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities include analyzing accounting systems to identify improvements and potential new solutions. Manage development work for system enhancements, including requirement gathering, scenario analysis, mockups, iteration updates, and timeline adherence. Lead financial planning and tracking, including P&L budgeting, forecasting, and capital budgeting for the division's operations. Develop and implement financial reporting and policies, and educate staff at different levels about the P&L implications of their areas. Track KPIs to align performance with financial outcomes and inform forecasts for growth, staffing, and capital investments. Conduct pricing and profitability analyses to evaluate existing opportunities and determine pricing for new opportunities; perform ROI analyses to support capital investment decisions.
