Assist the Controller with fund and corporate accounting and reporting in a hybrid role.
Support GAAP-compliant general ledger maintenance, month-end closes, and journal entries for multiple partnerships.
Oversee cash management across funds and GP entities, including wire transfers, ACH payments, and bank reconciliations.
Aid in drafting quarterly investor financial statements and coordinating audits and tax engagements.
Prepare capital call and distribution notices, and manage expense allocations and portfolio company reimbursements.
Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of financial data across funds and related entities.
