Machine Learning Scientist, Agentic AI

Seeking a Machine Learning Scientist to lead the next evolution of agentic experiences for commerce: design and deploy context-aware, proactive shopping AI powered by LLMs and multi-agent architectures. You will shape the AI system's reasoning, memory, and action layers, fine-tune LLMs for production use cases, implement agentic frameworks (A2A, MCP, LangGraph or equivalents), and perform advanced prompt and context engineering for multi-turn, multi-source interactions. Build scalable, production-ready ML pipelines, run experiments, and evaluate models with offline metrics and human feedback. Collaborate with product, design, and platform engineering to define next-generation AI interfaces, explore RL, RAG, and online adaptation to improve behavior, and communicate trade-offs to guide architecture and strategy.
