Project Estimator / Project Manager - Luxury Brownstone Renovations (NYC)

As a freelance Project Estimator / Project Manager, you will review architectural drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates and scopes of work. You will solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids and material pricing. You will develop budgets, proposals, and value-engineering recommendations.
