As an Industrial Engineer - Assembly, you will optimize line speed, cycle checks, workstation assignments, and change control to maintain efficient production flow.
Lead and participate in line balancing and workload analysis to minimize waste and maximize throughput.
Apply lean concepts to identify and eliminate waste, and conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work.
Collaborate with the IE manager and IE supervisor on technical services to sustain lean manufacturing and adequate staffing.
Develop and monitor performance metrics related to labor efficiency, cycle times, and line performance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and standard work documentation in a manufacturing environment.
