Support and assist internal Salesforce users daily, managing the support queue and delivering clear, user-friendly solutions.
Perform daily Salesforce administration tasks, data entry, and data quality QA to maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the Salesforce team to implement configuration changes and automations following an SDLC cycle.
Develop and maintain an internal knowledge base to automate processes and guide case resolution.
Proactively engage users to propose effective methods, provide detailed implementation plans, and drive user adoption.
Work in an Agile environment, participate in special projects, and stay current with new SFDC features and releases.
