Support valuation teams by valuing illiquid debt and equity securities across hedge funds, private equity funds, and business development companies for fair value reporting.
Conduct financial statement analysis and quantitative/qualitative assessments to inform valuation conclusions.
Review investment memoranda, board materials, and debt/equity agreements to understand assets and key assumptions.
Construct and validate valuation analyses, including guideline public companies, precedent transactions, and discounted cash flow using proprietary models.
Prepare and deliver client-ready reports and participate in due diligence discussions with clients and external auditors.
Support business development efforts through proposals, marketing materials, and engagement scoping.
