Manage end-to-end planning and execution of small to midsize events, including logistics, production schedules, RSVP management, vendor coordination, invitations, and budget reconciliation.
Lead major event components and sponsor activations, such as red carpet, media center, signage, and on-site operations from setup through breakdown.
Oversee peer-group and membership events, new member mixers, affinity groups, and related engagement activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless event setup, on-site needs, catering, and facilities coordination.
Track budgets, manage design services requests and marketing details, coordinate production assistants, invoicing, and close-out activities.
Drive member retention and engagement through calendar management, strategic thinking, and adaptable problem-solving for events during nights and weekends.
