Lead and mentor a high-performing events team responsible for planning and executing external trade shows, industry conferences, and regional events across key market segments.
Own end-to-end event strategy and performance, setting objectives, target audiences, and success metrics tied to pipeline, revenue influence, and customer retention.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Brand, Campaigns, and Operations to ensure events align with go-to-market priorities and integrated campaigns.
Oversee end-to-end event logistics including venue sourcing and contracts, vendor management, booth design, budgeting, technology needs, and onsite staffing.
Integrate events into lifecycle programs with post-event follow-up, lead routing, reporting standards, and performance analysis to optimize ROI.
Travel up to 25-30% during peak seasons; manage complex calendars, staffing models, and cross-functional partnerships in a fast-paced environment.
