Workday Systems Analyst – Coventry

A Workday Systems Analyst is responsible for managing, enhancing and supporting the Workday Payroll system, ensuring compliance and efficiency in payroll processes. The role involves configuring Workday modules such as Payroll, Time & Absence, and Benefits to meet business needs, while supporting system updates, testing and release management. The analyst will analyse business requirements, produce reports, manage incidents and maintain system documentation to ensure data integrity and governance. They need to understand payroll legislation, GDPR, and information security principles and work within Agile environments. The position requires prior experience in supporting or configuring Workday modules, strong analytical skills and knowledge of payroll regulations. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Coventry offering a salary up to £55,000.
