HR Associate

Own HR operations for the studio, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, training, and HR administration for Studio Assistants and Membership Sales Associates.
Partner with the Studio Manager and ownership to build a scalable people program that improves hiring quality and reduces turnover.
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management; develop job descriptions and interview guides.
Lead onboarding and orientation, create and update training materials and checklists, and coach staff on service standards, policies, and operations.
Support scheduling, time-off requests, and shift coverage to maintain adequate staffing; administer HR records, payroll inputs, and compliance with labor laws.
Implement performance review processes, progressive discipline, employee development plans, and engagement programs; coordinate with payroll, benefits, and background check vendors as needed.
