You will implement state-of-the-art ML models and optimise them for performance across thousands of accelerators. You will evaluate software releases, fix issues, and conduct code reviews. You will benchmark models and key components to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency. You will design and run experiments on novel AI methods and report results clearly. You will collaborate with Research, Software, and Product teams to define, build, and test the next generation of AI hardware. You will stay current with AI research and actively engage with the broader AI and open-source community.
