La posizione
Lead and influence a strong EHS culture across hourly and salaried employees on site.
Develop, implement, and maintain site EHS programs, procedures, and training.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements across operations.
Manage incident reporting, investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Identify hazards through audits and process reviews; oversee environmental programs including air, wastewater, stormwater, and waste management.
This is a 2nd-shift role (3:30 PM start; 8.5% premium) focused on safety improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
