Lead a high-impact team building AI agents and tools to accelerate adoption of Neuron for Trainium ML silicon.
Collaborate with scientists, engineers, product managers, and leadership to define the technical vision and roadmap for agents and tools.
Serve as technical lead on cross-functional programs to port and optimize ML workloads on Neuron and deliver measurable performance gains.
Hire, mentor, and grow the team, while establishing best practices for the software development lifecycle.
Contribute IP through patents and shape the long-term strategy for AI tooling and developer enablement.
Work at the intersection of research, systems engineering, and customer enablement with high visibility and impact on Generative AI initiatives.
