Infrastructure Engineer – Coventry

An Infrastructure Engineer is required to support a technology-led ecommerce organisation across a modern Microsoft environment, handling infrastructure and end-user issues. The role involves administrating Microsoft platforms such as Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory, along with supporting virtualised environments like Hyper-V. The engineer will deliver infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and performance monitoring to ensure system stability, security, and availability. Responsibilities include supporting hardware, troubleshooting technical problems, and maintaining technical documentation. The position is based on a 6-month contract with onsite work four to five days per week in Coventry. Candidates must possess a DBS clearance and be prepared for hands-on technical responsibility in a dynamic environment.
