As a Senior Software Engineer on the agent lab's Natural Language Understanding team, you will design and evolve scalable AI agent systems that are reliable and secure.
You will implement frontier AI algorithms, architect production-ready solutions, and help deploy them at scale.
Leverage the latest ML, LLMs, and AI agent techniques to enhance the AI Assistant platform and deliver delightful user experiences.
Collaborate across ML, security, product, UX, and customer success to translate business needs into robust software with measurable impact.
Mentor peers, write clean, maintainable code, and own features end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment.
Contribute to the roadmap and engineering areas such as latency optimization, memory management, and sandboxed execution environments to drive reliability.
