Machine Learning Engineering Manager - AI Core

Lead a high-performing ML Platform Engineering team responsible for core reusable AI/ML components, including training pipelines, online model serving, feature stores, voice transcription, event streams, and LLM serving.
Translate organizational priorities into a multi-quarter technical roadmap for the AI Core Platform, aligning work with product and business goals.
Drive technical excellence by delivering scalable, highly available, and cost-efficient platform services with strong observability and governance.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data Infrastructure, and ML/Applied Science teams, building consensus on large-scale platform initiatives.
Instill an MLOps culture, standardizing practices in feature engineering, model observability, governance, security, and cloud cost optimization.
Recruit, mentor, and coach engineers, lead team rituals, participate in code reviews, and engage with global clients to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
