Senior Principal Machine Learning Engineer (Fulfilment)

Lead the design and deployment of unified reinforcement learning architectures that coordinate pricing, dispatch, and supply planning in a real-time marketplace.
Build multi-agent or hierarchical RL frameworks to optimize multiple objectives and adapt to disruptions and geographic variations.
Develop high-fidelity simulation models of marketplace dynamics incorporating supply-demand signals, elasticity, traffic, weather, and driver intent.
Create robust, interpretable models of driver decision-making and design feedback loops that evolve over time.
Collaborate with platform and experimentation teams to validate approaches in production, perform counterfactual analysis, and accelerate experimentation.
Serve as a technical lead, mentoring data scientists, and integrating optimization solutions into real-time production systems while aligning with the Fulfilment roadmap.
