La posizione
Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support both remotely and on-site across multiple UK sites. Travel to new locations to set up IT infrastructure and deploy staff and education computers, phones, and networking equipment. Perform hardware and software maintenance on existing sites and assist in network changes (LAN, VLAN, Subnets) as needed. Support the helpdesk with remote assistance and user administration tasks across IT systems. Be available to travel when issues cannot be resolved remotely and conduct on-site fault diagnosis. Maintain excellent customer service, clear communication, and accurate ticket documentation while prioritising workload.
