Manager, Ballpark Operations (Event Manager)

Responsible for the successful management and execution of all non-baseball events at the ballpark, ensuring safe, efficient, and exceptional guest experiences. Lead, train, and develop the Ballpark Operations team, and manage the events lifecycle from confirmation to completion. Coordinate with Event Sales to plan operational needs, costs, and staffing for self-promoted and facility rental events. Serve as the primary client liaison and central point of contact for internal departments, vendors, and site operations. Conduct facility site visits, prepare floor plans, and ensure code compliance and safety standards. Monitor budgets, schedules, and communications, troubleshoot issues quickly, and promote a culture of exceptional experiences.
