Senior Data Analyst (Fresh SCM)

As a Senior Data Analyst in Fresh SCM, you will lead data-driven decision-making for complex optimization problems within the Operations Research domain. Build and refine forecasting analytics, KPI definitions, and improvement opportunities for inventory and supply chain performance. Tackle network inventory redistribution and vendor ordering challenges using Python, R, SQL, and statistical tools. Model constraints, parameters, and decision variables; run simulations to optimize business outcomes and support strategic choices. Collaborate with forecasting, supply chain, and product teams to deliver scalable analytical solutions and actionable insights. Design dashboards and reports to measure performance and explain deviations, while continuously challenging the status quo.
